Ooh, How Exciting!: Jay Electronica

I'm all for a return to more minimalist rap ("no drums, no hook"), and though most of Electronica's music is not as immediate as this (as of yet anyway--"Exhibit C" is fantastic, but sounds like it belongs on The Blueprint 3), "The Pledge (Eternal Sunshine)" is a great listen. This over Drake forever.
